A ClassPass user showed up for class but was not on my ClassPass Dashboard roster. What should I do?

All ClassPass users should be booking classes in advance and have a confirmation of their reservation. 

Confirmed reservations will show up in your Dashboard — if you do not have their reservation in your Dashboard, the reservation was not confirmed. If someone does not show in your Dashboard, they can pay the drop-in rate for your studio if they want to attend class.
