How do I access/download a report of my reservations from ClassPass?

You can access a report of your class reservations by following the steps below:

  • Log into the Partner Dashboard at studios.classpass.com
  • Click the “Reports” tab
  • Select “Reservations” in the drop-down menu

  • Select the locations you’d like to see the reservations for (if you have multiple locations) and choose the time frame for reservations you’d like to see
  • Select any additional filters (Class, Start Time, and/or Status) from the filter dropdown
  • Click “View” to see results
  • You can download a report of your class reservations by clicking on the “Download CSV” button in the upper righthand corner of the page to export your report.
  • Once on this page, click on the “Download CSV” button in the upper righthand corner of the page to export your report.
