What do I do if a ClassPass user does not show up for my class?

  • If a user is a no show for class, mark them as “Missed” in your Partner Dashboard.
  • For MBO Partners, you can mark someone as late cancel in your MBO roster and this will reflect as a missed reservation in the Partner Dashboard -- no further action is required.
  • However, for all other integrations or manual studios, please note that we are unable to detect late cancels or no-shows recorded in your system. Make sure to mark any no shows in your Partner Dashboard in order for us to receive the update. Marking a user as missed allows us to hold them accountable for missing the class and to prevent this behavior from continuing in the future. You will still be paid the same rate for the reservation, as well!
  • After 48 hours, ClassPass reservations default to "Attended."
