Can a ClassPass user switch their class reservation at my studio or gym to another time?

Our policy is that each user attends the class or gym time he/she booked. Each reservation is unique to that particular class, so switching to a different time or class would require a brand new reservation.

If the customer would like to take a different class, they will need to cancel the original reservation and book a new one on their account if there is availability. We are not able to modify existing reservations once within the late cancellation window of less than 12-hours prior to class time.
