Can I flag poor user behavior?
We hope our users are respectful at all times, but we understand issues may arise. To help with this, we have created a section in your Partner Dashboard that allows you to provide feedback on the ClassPass customers that come through your door.
These ratings allow us to keep track of our customers and can help us identify any real problem customers. To notify us of negative behavior from a customer, please select the flag icon next to their name on your class roster and follow the prompts.
These notes are kept confidential within the ClassPass company. If we find we need to address a specific issue with a customer, we will do so in a professional manner.
